Telegraphic transfer (TT) is the preferred method of payment; however, we can also accept credit card payments (for an additional credit card processing fee). You can pay by credit card by selecting the PayPal option. After you have completed the registration form, a link to Paypal's secure credit card payment service will be emailed to you. If you would like to pay with bitcoin, you will be sent a payment link from Coinbase and will need to set up a wallet account if you do not already have one. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Be sure to include your name and company name in the text field of the TT and add $15 to the amount remitted to cover the bank transfer fee. Originator of funds transfer to bear all bank fees ensuring the full invoiced amount is received.

PayPal offers a service where we email you a special link to their e-commerce bill payment service. You don’t need to be a member of PayPal but some people have trouble getting Paypal to work which is why we recommend the bank transfer method (also cheaper). To use Paypal and your credit card, add $45 to the amount remitted to cover the credit card processing fee.

Terms:

If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason your may transfer your registration to a member of your organization at any time, but please give us prior notice to ensure we have the correct details for administration purposes. If you wish to cancel your booking, we must receive notice in writing before April 20 and you will be entitled to a refund of the delegate fee paid less the administration fee of $250. Cancellations received on or after April 21 cannot be refunded, because of our contract with the hotel, but you may transfer your registration to a member of your organization.

For reasons beyond AZ China’s control, it may be necessary to alter the content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or curtailed due to any reason beyond the control of AZ China, or it is necessary to relocate or in any way change the conference, neither AZ China nor its employees will be held liable for refunds, damages, injury howsoever caused and/or additional expenses which may be incurred by delegates. Subject to agreement, delegates' information may be made available to select conference participants.
